ABSTRACT

En la ponencia se abordan importantes cuestiones relacionadas con la privacidad, como la seguridad de los datos, el cumplimiento de la normativa y las dificultades para anonimizar las técnicas, así como cuestiones éticas, como la libertad del paciente, el permiso informado, la propiedad de los datos y el acceso equitativo. El documento ofrece toda una estrategia para alcanzar un compromiso entre innovación y estrictas precauciones de seguridad.
