Alternating pneumatic measurement: a highly usability, safe and affordable option, a case report

A simple, safe and affordable pneumothorax tamponade method was designed and tested for preliminary operation in patients requiring endotracheal intubation. Correct execution of pneumothorax tamponade with objective measurements prevents complications such as pneumonia. The method was a case study of a patient requiring endotracheal intubation. Devices such as an aneroid manometer and other materials were used to make up the measuring equipment for the design and preliminary function test. The pneumothorax tamponade device was found to be practical, safe and affordable in its preliminary assessment. It is concluded that, based on its preliminary effect, it is a practical, safe and affordable device that requires replication in practice and careful handling.
